Tuesday May 1st the Skateboard Coalition was part of the NDDC’s monthly panel discussions. About seven or eight skateboarders skipped school (with permission) to attend the panel. Joe McGowan made a wonderful presentation and answered many questions the audience members had. Click here to be redirected to more photos of the discussion.
The Skateboard Coalition’s giant omelet breakfast at the American Legion raised over $1500 and many wonderful photos were taken from the event.
The Coalition participated in The Key’s ice cream fundraiser, Sundaes on Mondays, on the 21st of June at Northfield Chiropractic. Skaters put on a demonstration on a sidewalk and attracted quite a crowd. Here are some photos.
