Union of Youth

The Key will be handing out FREE copies of The Bell Jar for its weekly Book Club program. Youth, ages 12-19, are encouraged to stop by the Key the week of Monday the 13th to pick up a copy. The first assignment is to read until page 86 and the foreward. Book club ensures participants that the next book will be more “upbeat.” The Bell Jar is a masterpiece of a novel describing a young woman’s descent into madness because of set social structures.
